Service Conditions of Central Government Servants
With Special Reference to Staff of Department of Atomic Energy (DAE) Units
Welfare Association LEADERS, is organising a two-day national conference LEADERS MEET 2019 on Service Conditions of Central Government Servant on the occasion of birth anniversary celebrations of the Architect of the Constitution of India, Dr. B. R. Ambedkar.
It is always a matter of pride and satisfaction for anyone to work and serve for people of India through jobs in Central Government Departments. While performing duties, the servants face many challenges apart from his/her technical skills and area of specialization. These challenges could be due to the work overload or due to unfavourable and unsuitable work environment. Absence of knowledge of service conditions, rights and privileges makes them unresponsive to the situation, thereby deteriorating their position further and ultimately reflecting adversely on their health. A proper training and guidance is required to handle such situations.
The aim of the conference is to discuss and percolate the importance of being responsive towards welfare of self, family, society and office. The conference is aimed to cover all the aspects of service conditions of a government servant and to share information about duties, rights and privileges.
It is expected that the conference will enable the participant to become more efficient in their dealings with the department/office, thereby saving the valuable resources of the self and the department.
“The duty must be performed; let the efforts be successful or not; let the work be appreciated or not. When a man’s sincerity of purpose and capacity are proved even his enemies come to respect him.” — Dr. B. R. Ambedkar
